Lead emergency teams - PMAWHS311
This unit is part of the Chemical, Hydrocarbons and Refining Training Package. It covers the skills and knowledge required to lead and coordinate an emergency team, including deployment of resources at the scene of an emergency. It applies to operators who are required to assess the emergency and determine and coordinate responses, including rescue of personnel at risk, and containment of the emergency. A person undertaking this unit would be normally nominated to assume the responsibility of emergency team leader.
