The top graduate employers of 2020
In association between The Australian Financial Review and GradConnection, the Top 100 Graduate Employers 2020 Report showcases the strongest and most appealing graduate job opportunities.
The report revealed which employers and industries are more likely in favour of hiring graduates. The top 10 included the likes of banks, accounting and consulting firms andstate government.
The Big Four accounting firms secured places among the top five, withKPMG and EYclimbing the ranks from 2019’s report.According to the AFR, it’s likely that the Big Four accounting firms consistently score well by offering graduates flexibility and a range of different skills.Three of the Big Four banksplaced within the top 10.

The report also explored the different qualities that employers are looking for in graduates — the main ones being an understanding of data, proactivity and critical thinking skills.
