Bachelor of Computer Science (Artificial Intelligence and Big Data and Cyber Security) - Sim Global Education

Artificial Intelligence (AI) focuses on simulating intelligence using computers, often relying on the analysis of massive datasets, commonly referred to as Big Data. Together, these fields enable innovative solutions to complex problems, from population growth and medical technology to transport, trade, and security. Meanwhile, Cyber Security ensures the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of the systems and data that AI and Big Data rely upon, protecting them from unauthorised access and digital threats. As modern AI depends on large-scale data, professionals with expertise in data mining, visualisation, analysis, and discovery are essential for extracting meaningful insights from complex datasets. Equally, the growth of online social, consumer, and business activities has increased the need for Cyber Security professionals who can secure our digital environment and economy. From safeguarding personal information to defending essential services, Cyber Security plays a pivotal role in ensuring a safe and reliable digital future. As digital transformation accelerates, information and systems security have become essential to everyday life. Protecting digital identities, assets, and sensitive data is crucial not only for individuals but also for businesses, governments, and industries. Digital security and data analysis are two essential pillars of ICT operations in modern day contemporary corporate business entities.
