Catalyst Program Scholarship

The College of Science and Engineering has established the Catalyst Program to provide high achieving students with a unique opportunity to combine their science based bachelor degree with scholarships, summer research programmes, travel support and connection with other Catalyst students.
Eligibility Requirements
Available to high achieving domestic students (Tasmanian, interstate and New Zealander) commencing undergraduate study in 2026.; Applicants must be a Year 12 leaver who received a tertiary entrance score of 90 or higher in either 2024 or 2025 and is commencing study for the first time in an eligible Catalyst course in 2026.; To be offered a scholarship, students must be enrolled in an eligible course.; Students commencing double degrees that include one of the above degrees will also be eligible.
