Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for the Scholarship, applicants must meet the following threshold criteria:; Be a domestic student; Be enrolled full-time in the first year of a Bachelor of Laws degree; Come from one or more of the following backgrounds.; a. An aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander; b. A permanent resident on a refugee or humanitarian visa; c. A student from a regional, rural and remote area in Australia; d. A student with disability; e. A sole parent
