Bachelor of Psychology and Bachelor of Science

Psychology is a fascinating and diverse area of study that touches upon many aspects of daily life, seeking to answer questions about how and why people behave the way they do. In this combined degree, students will develop a deep and focused scientific understanding of human thoughts and behaviours, the psychological processes underlying those, and the relationship of these processes to brain function. Additionally, students will be able to undertake one of the wide range of majors in the Bachelor of Science, enabling them to acquire transferable skills that are highly valued by employers. The Psychology sequence in this course is accredited by the Australian Psychology Accreditation Council (APAC). Students hoping to pursue further study at postgraduate level leading to professional accreditation as a psychologist will need to complete an accredited program.
