  • Meet inherent requirements for midwifery professional practice
  • Prior to undertaking any clinical experience, applicants must provide their immunisation history
  • Apply for a National Police Check
  • Apply for Criminal Screening Card (WA)
  • Apply for Working with Children Check (WA and NSW)
  • Meet UNDA Inherent requirements
  • Sign any required WA/NSW Health forms.
