Structure
Complete a total of at least five years full-time study or its part time equivalent. To qualify for the award of Bachelor of Laws (Honours)/ Bachelor of Criminology students must complete 600 credit points consisting of: 360 credit points of Bachelor of Laws (Honours) coded subjects, of which: 240 core credit points 30 or 45 core-choice credit points 75 or 90 elective credit points 240 credit points of Bachelor of Criminology coded subjects, of which: 195 Criminology core credit points 45 elective credit points

Entry requirements
- Recent secondary education - VTAC prerequisite: Year 12 English prerequisite (25) - Units 3 and 4: a study score of at least 30 in English (EAL) or at least 25 in English other than EAL.
- Recent secondary education - UAC prerequisite: Year 12 subject prerequisite - Other - One of English Standard, English Advanced (Band 3), English as an Additional Language or Dialect (Band 4).
- International: IELTS - 6.5 < 6.0 (PG minimum) - 6.5 IELTS (Academic) with no individual band less than 6.0.
