Successful completion of this course provides participants with the skills and knowledge to: • work as a disability support worker with people with a psychosocial disability • respond to crisis situations • understand the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and work within an NDIS service environment • support the safety of people with disability through identifying and reporting abuse and/or family violence.
