Bachelor of Health Honours
The Bachelor of Health Honours is a one-year full-time for students who have completed a Bachelor degree in health-related discipline. The Honours program will provide you with the opportunity to build on your knowledge and gain specialised skills in your area of interest. You will develop skills in research design, data collection, critical analysis and interpreting data, while understanding the importance of ethical and professional issues pertaining to the field of research. During the course, you will be required to complete coursework in research methods, writing and other relevant areas, plus complete an independent research project. You will also write a thesis which showcases your research project outcomes. During enrolment in the program students will work under supervision and be required to meet regularly with their supervisor. It is recommended that students discuss attendance and engagement requirements of their research project with their supervisor at the start of the dissertation.
