Victorian Certificate of Education Vocational Major (VCE0000001)
We provide hands-on learning experiences and are inclusive to all kinds of learners. Our teachers and staff care about individual learning needs. We understand everyone learns differently and at their own pace.The VCE Vocational Major course provides you with a practical, hands-on option in Years 11 and 12.The course is a 2-year vocational and applied for learning program within the VCE. It's aim is to prepare students to transition successfully into apprenticeships, traineeships, further education and training, university, or directly into employment.The course will support students in developing both academic and practical skills. It employs a more diverse range of assessment strategies rather than exams, alleviating some of the pressure students face when considering the VCE.Our Castlemaine students will be required to travel to our Bendigo campuses for the VET component of the VPC and VCE VM certificate.

Structure
Full certificate is completed over 2 years.Units 1 and 2 are completed in year one.Units 3 and 4 are completed in year two.
