Eligibility
To be considered for this scholarship, you must:Be an Australian citizen or permanent resident or hold a valid student visa or permanent Humanitarian Visa.Be enrolled in a Certificate III Meat Processing apprenticeship at the William Angliss Institute (Melbourne or Sydney campus).Demonstrate excellence in the preparation, presentation and preservation of meats.
