The Bachelor of Information Technology and Systems (BITS) focuses on delivering knowledge and skills in contemporary IT areas , such as analytics, application development, cyber security and computer networking to meet the current IT industry needs. Standard entry requirements

  • Minimum of equivalent Australian Year 12 completed satisfactorily
  • In the case of a non-Australian qualification, the Admissions team shall ensure that the applicant has completed 12 years of schooling or has attained a qualification which is equivalent to an Australian Year 12 certification as per the VITs International Academic Requirements.
  • Where an applicant has completed a Diploma (AQF Level 5) or a higher qualification he/she shall be deemed to have met the year 12 requirements.
  • An international applicant who has not met VITs International Academic Requirements, may apply for special consideration by the Admission Selection Committee (adhoc) on a caseby-case basis.
