This four-hour professional development workshop is suitable for individuals from a range of industries and job roles, members of community and sporting organisations and members of the public.
Structure
This professional development program is offered to a broad range of individuals, who are seeking to improve their communication skills or to expand their skill set to access employment or promotion. It is anticipated participants will be existing workers with a range of experiences in diverse workplace contexts, members of community groups, sporting organisations who are seeking to develop their communication for effective leadership.The program is delivered over a single four (4) hour workshop via an online platform, facilitator led delivery will provide an overview of platform being utilised and expectations of participation whilst ensuring any participant technology issues are addressed. This course will be facilitated via webinar or zoom scheduled times, including short videos, and electronic resources provided to participants and involves group discussions to support the key principles related to effective communication for leadership.
