This program is designed to provide students with the knowledge and skills in research and analysis needed to understand complex social, environmental and economic problems. Students will develop the capacity to critically evaluate ideas and policy problems, and investigate social issues in order to provide evidence-based research needed for policy recommendations. Graduates are highly successful in gaining employment in the public, community and private sectors in areas such as community development, health, the environment, research and policy analysing, political advising, organisational management, marketing and market research, corporate affairs management and private consulting.
