This program has been introduced to enhance business acumen among future leaders and managers in the Australian Defence Organisation and to provide them with the capacity to interact effectively with external business providers. It aims to lay solid foundations in communication, numeracy and general problem solving capabilities developed within a specifically business-oriented context of study and to build students' knowledge in a diverse range of areas associated with organisational management and leadership.

Standard entry requirements
Only available to Trainee Officers for the Australian Defence Force. Must have Australian Year 12 studies or equivalent tertiary or overseas qualifications. Trainee Officers must be selected by the Australian Defence Force and meet the academic requirements to study at UNSW Canberra.
