A creative arts degree immerses you in the creative industries, challenging you to think deeply and broadly about the changing world and the role the arts play within it.Through your visual arts major you will explore diverse practices, materials, and processes in an immersive, nurturing and hands-on environment. You will engage creatively, critically, and practically as you navigate through studio practices encompassing 2D, 3D and spatial dimensions; both analog and digital. This specialisation equips you with a sound knowledge of contemporary art practices, art history and theory within Australia and internationally. It also offers you the opportunity to take minors and electives that broaden your career opportunities including creative writing , media arts, technical theatre, music production, photography, English literature, and languages.
