This program provides a foundation for understanding the principles and practice of public health in Australia and globally. It encourages students to think broadly about the factors that affect health and wellbeing including social, environmental, cultural, economic, political and structural issues. The public health graduate program has been developed in close collaboration with industry. Standard entry requirements

The College of Health and Medicine may accept as a candidate for the Graduate Certificate of Public Health a person who: a. Has completed an undergraduate degree from an Australian university, or AQF7 level or the equivalent standard in any other institution. International students must provide evidence of meeting the university’s English language requirements for public health courses.
