Don McNair Scholarship in Plant Identification and Illustration

The scholarships were established by Don McNair to embrace all aspects of the discipline of environmental science and natural history illustration, for illustrating Australian native plants. The purpose is to promote the importance of Australian Plants through ecologically-based projects using either classical or molecular plant identification methods or through projects focused on plant illustration.

Eligibility

Applicants must: be enrolled in the Bachelor of Science (Honours) (Biological Sciences or Sustainable Resource Management major), the Bachelor of Environmental Science and Management (Honours) or the Bachelor of Natural History Illustration (Honours) program.

Amount $4,000

The scholarship is valued at $4,000 for 1 year.
