University of Newcastle

The scholarship was established by a group of Colombo Plan Students from Singapore who studied at the University of Newcastle from 1968 in the then Faculty of Engineering. The purpose of the scholarship is to commemorate the fond and happy memories of their stay at Newcastle and to show their appreciation to the Australian and Newcastle community who helped them with their University education during their formative years.

Eligibility

2nd year student enrolled full-time in any undergraduate program with the Faculty of Engineering and Built Environment, University of Newcastle. Equity, educational disadvantage, GPA requirement, domestic students.

Amount $4,000

Scholarships combined benefit: $8,000. The scholarships will provide $4,000 each year, paid as $2,000 after each semester census date.
