The contemporary physical and social environment is producing even greater demand for improvements in mental health and wellbeing. With significant shortages in the mental health workforce in Australia, there is a need to look at how mental health and wellbeing is supported at the community level and in the work environment. This program offers students the opportunity to develop a comprehensive understanding of mental health and wellbeing; to provide skills to respond to mental health issues; and foster wellbeing in organisations and the community. You will undertake high quality, non-accredited training in mental health and wellbeing, gaining relevant certifications, and helping to meet community demand.

Standard entry requirements

  • An AQF 7 Bachelors Degree (or equivalent)
  • OrAQF 6 Associate Degree (or equivalent) + 2-year relevant organisational experience*
  • Or At least 6 years relevant organisational experience*
  • Or Successful completion of 75% of the Graduate Certificate in Workplace Mental Health and Wellbeing (GCWMHW) Successful completion of 50% of the Graduate Diploma in Workplace Mental Health and Wellbeing (GCWMHW)
