The Master of Architecture combined with the Master of Construction Management positions students to be industry ready and have flexibility within the employment market. Structure
This variation is for students who have completed an undergraduate degree in Architecture. The first 100 points of the program will be a foundation year in Construction Management. All students completing the Master of Architecture/Master of Construction Management must complete at least one of the following construction specialisations: Building, Cost Management or Project Management. This sample plan shows the Building specialisation.

Standard entry requirements
- A three-year undergraduate degree (or equivalent) in architecture with a Weighted Average Mark (WAM) of at least 65% (or equivalent).
- A design portfolio, AND
- A personal statement of up to 500 words, outlining relevant prior study and work experience and motivation to undertake this course, AND
- An Advanced Standing assessment form - In this form, please submit academic transcripts, a personal statement, and official individual subject syllabus or description for each subject for which you are seeking credit.
