You’ll focus on the knowledge required to design and implement advanced software engineering techniques and analyses designing, developing and using systems while employing well-informed software engineering methodologies. You’ll explore models and architectural techniques to develop secure software engineered solutions and learn about platform constraints, version control and issue tracking. Project management and monitoring tools will enable real-time progress and issue tracking leading to efficient software development.
Structure
This course comprises of four core subjects. Each subject involves 10 hours of study per week, comprising three hours of facilitated study and seven hours self-directed study.
Standard entry requirements
Completion of a qualification at AQF level 7 (bachelor degree), or above OR Work life experience demonstrating the ability to undertake study at the required level.
