“The knowledge and social skills I gained during my Mechanical Engineering degree really helped set me apart. I was fortunate to meet amazing professors and students, which have formed into great relationships that I hold to this day.
As a UWA student, you have access to some of the world's most advanced technology, in demand in many engineering industry jobs. During my degree, I worked on interactive projects including supporting the creation of a virtual 4D environment of the EZONE Student Hub, allowing people to track the progress of the construction in a new and immersive way.
My degree gave me opportunities to make connections in the industry. I was first introduced to Dassault Systèmes – where I’m now employed – during their Graduate Program. After graduating, I worked as an industry consultant. I now work with academia and industry to help develop the workforce of the future through immersive learning experiences in the engineering practices of industry leaders and government.”
