Standard entry requirements
- A Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery, or an equivalent qualification, as recognized by UWA and
- At least two years of professional experience and evidence of the following: awareness of contemporary issues in neonatology, basic competence in paediatrics professional learning, experience in leading and managing others, engagement in ongoing professional learning
- Current enrolment in the advanced neonatal training program through the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (RACP) or
- A qualification as a neonatologist through the RACP, or an equivalent qualification, as recognized by UWA or
- A qualification as a medical practitioner and a desire for an academic career in neonatology.
