The scholarship was established in 1972 by a bequest to the University of Queensland under the wills of Alfred Percy and Olivea Wynne of Maryborough.
Eligibility
Applicants must: be full-time undergraduate students; or part-time internal undergraduate students; or postgraduate internal students. Selection is based on academic merit and financial hardship.
