Certificate IV in Information Technology Networking


This qualification is part of the Information and Communications Technology Training Package. It provides students with the skills and knowledge to install and manage small scale networks, either as an independent network support technician or as part of a team.

Entry Requirements:

Certificate III in Information, Digital Media and Technology specialising in network administration or relevant vocational experience.

Applicants must possess Australian Core Skills Framework levels of at least 3 across reading, writing, learning, oral communication, and numeracy skills to successfully complete this program. Students who do not possess these skills to the level required will be enrolled in additional subjects to build the required skills. Students entering as an apprentice or trainee must be employed in the relevant industry prior to enrolment.
