The Graduate Certificate of Cyber Security has been designed for students who want to advance their computer science knowledge in this area. This course builds on their undergraduate qualifications or relevant industry experience with a focus on demonstrating and diagnosing flaws in software systems and web applications. Structure

To qualify for the Graduate Certificate of Cybersecurity, students must complete 8 units (100 credit points)

Standard entry requirements

• A Bachelor degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) discipline
• OR A non-STEM Bachelor degree, plus 3 years industry experience* in the web development, cybersecurity, software development or related fields
• OR A non-STEM Bachelor degree, plus a Certificate IV or higher in a cybersecurity related field
