As a QUT MBA student they will critically analyse business situations and develop innovative solutions to real-world cases. Through flexible and innovative units, students will develop the skills essential to becoming a global business professional. The practical nature of this course enables students to apply concepts and management techniques learned in class directly to their workplace. Entry Requirements:

A completed recognised Bachelor degree in any discipline with a minimum grade point average of 4.5 (on QUT's 7-point scale); a minimum of 3 years full-time post degree work experience with minimum of 2 years relevant professional work experience and 1 year minimum supervisory/management experience; and two referee reports.


108 credit points of core units (16 units at 6 credit points per unit, plus 1 unit at 12 credit points); 36 credit points (up to 6 units) of optional units in the areas of leadership and strategy or a specific discipline area.

Students may be admitted to the Graduate Certificate in Business Administration with a minimum of 7 years work experience (6 years minimum equivalent professional work experience plus 1 year minimum supervisory/management experience). Upon completion of the Graduate Certificate in Business Administration with a GPA of 4.5 students may articulate into the Master of Business Administration.
