This course is designed to provide knowledge and skills in managing projects, project teams and stakeholders in professional organisations. It addresses both the foundational and advanced concepts and methodologies of project management and provides educational opportunities and pathways for advanced study. This course will enable you to develop a career in project management by equipping you with the essential cognitive and technical skills to effectively plan and execute projects. The course will produce project managers capable of managing constraints in time, cost and quality, as well as social, political and environmental challenges. It draws on the Project Management Body of Knowledge which is the international benchmark and framework upon which the practice of project management is based.

Structure
144 credit points of study. The program will consist of 48 credit points (4 units) of core project management units and 96 credit points (8 units) of core advanced discipline units.

Standard entry requirements
- A recognised bachelor degree (or higher) in built environment, business, engineering, or project management
- Or A recognised bachelor degree (or higher) in any discipline followed by at least 6 months full-time (or equivalent) professional project management work experience
- Or A recognised diploma (or higher) in project or program management followed by at least two years full-time (or equivalent) professional project management work experience
- Or Five years full-time (or equivalent) professional project or program management work experience.

Accredited by the Project Management Institute.
Study pathways
Option of early exit with the PM15 Graduate Certificate of Project Management upon completion of the required units.
