If you're looking to develop your information technology discipline knowledge, this is the course for you. Structure

Standard entry requirements

  • You must have one of: A recognised bachelor degree (or higher qualification) in any discipline
  • Or
  • A recognised diploma (or higher qualification) in information technology followed by at least two years full-time (or equivalent) professional work experience in the information technology field

  • At least five years full-time (or equivalent) professional work experience in the information technology field.

Study pathways

The QUT Graduate Certificate in Information Technology is located at Level 8 of the Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF). Graduates will be eligible for entry into IN19 Graduate Diploma in Information Technology and IN20 Master of Information Technology with a reduced course duration.
