An independent, Australian-owned Registered Training Organisation established in 2003, Phillips Institute offers nationally recognised training specialising in health, education and community services qualifications delivered to industry standards. We deliver class-based training at our new Carnegie campus, other Melbourne locations and selected regional Victorian locations. Virtual classes are also offered for many courses and Online training and assessment is offered for 7 of our 10 qualifications, ranging from Certificate III, Certificate IV to Diploma programs. Phillips Institute also offers first aid training, food safety, manual handling and infection control and short course and professional development training that may be accredited or non-accredited, online or group-based, face-to-face training at our Carnegie location or in the workplace.
