This program equips you with the expertise to deliver targeted, collaborative and insightful change projects - both as an innovative thinker and an inspiring leader. You will develop the tools, methods and skills needed to understand, design, implement and evaluate change projects at both the behavioural and systemic level. Guided by experts from the Monash Sustainable Development Institute, you will apply these methods and skills to address a range of challenges facing individuals, organizations, and society today.

Entry requirements
- An Australian bachelor degree (or equivalent) with a major or minor in a cognate discipline with at least a high credit (65%) average or equivalent Grade Point Average (GPA). Or
- An Australian bachelor degree (or equivalent) and at least two years of relevant professional experience.
