This short course will give you an understanding of the industry, the skills and knowledge required to work within it, and the steps to take to become certified. Topics covered include basic theoretical concepts in translation, professional ethics and the role of the translator.

Entry requirements
- The course is aimed at proficient users of written English and at least one other language who are interested in entering the community translation industry. Prior translating experience is not required.
