A Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours) is a degree preparing you to qualify as a physiotherapist, and treat a range of health conditions. Our course is taught by expert physiotherapists and provides you with the knowledge, skills and clinical experience needed to prepare for a rewarding career in physiotherapy.

Structure
The course develops through five themes that combine to underpin physiotherapy practice.

Entry requirements
- Applicants must be 18 years of age by the start of the second year of the course to meet the mandatory requirements for clinical Placement s.
- All Monash undergraduate courses require you to have successfully completed a minimum of an Australian Year 12 qualification (or equivalent) and achieve the required academic entry score. Most Monash faculties generally use your most recent studies for admission however other guidelines may apply where your prior qualification may be considered.
Recognition
Graduates are eligible to apply for registration with the Physiotherapy Board of Australia.
Study Pathways
All applicants must satisfy the equivalence of the VCE subject prerequisites. University: Applicants must have completed a minimum of one year of full time study (48 points) of a recognised university degree; and must have at least a distinction 70% average across all their studies. This is a minimum requirement. Admissions to this course is competitive and applicants may need to meet a higher requirement to be considered for a place.
