The Bachelor of Cognitive and Brain Sciences - the only degree of its kind in Australia - will provide you with a strong foundation in the rapidly growing fields of cognitive science, neuroscience and computation, with an emphasis on building your critical-thinking and research skills in areas such as science communication, statistics and programming. The Bachelor of Psychology will provide you with a scientific understanding of the psychological processes that underlie behaviour. Youll get exposure to a range of fundamental psychological concepts, as well as to specialised areas such as child psychology, neuropsychology, social and personality psychology, organisational psychology, cognition and perception, and psychopathology. When followed by an honours year, this degree is a pathway to postgraduate study, which will enable you to become a qualified psychologist.
