Eric Booth Memorial Grants in Chemistry

The grants were established in 1985 by a bequest from the estate of the late Mr Eric Booth, a Fellow of the Royal Australian Chemical Institute.

Eligibility

I am undertaking second year, third year, honours or postgraduate study in chemistry and; One member of my supervisory panel is in from the discipline of Chemistry at JCU: and; I am attending a conference / professional development activity related to my studies or I am undertaking a chemistry research project.

Amount $8,000

The grant provides assistance to purchase and maintain equipment items necessary for research work or assistance towards study-related travel.
