Bachelor of Events Management

This program will provide students with strategic management, practical and personal skills to conceptualise, plan and run a range of diverse events across industry sectors. There is a focus on practical experience incorporated into all subjects. Alongside core business management subjects, students will take specialist subjects in event management, event production and design, event promotions and sponsorship, international events, and exhibition services.

Structure

3 year qualification with 3 trimesters per year including 9 months of industry training (typically taken in trimesters 4 and 5). Students are required to complete a certain number of electives relating to their major but also have the opportunity to take subjects from other specialist areas.
