The future is digital - new technologies, media platforms, production, communications, innovation and problem solving processes are creating exciting new career opportunities for creative, technology focused and media skilled graduates. The new Bachelor of Digital Media gives students the launch pad into the emerging roles within this rapidly developing and exciting industry. Students will embark on an immersive learning journey, exploring a range of topics including conceptual and problem solving skills, visual and audio storytelling, digital marketing, and creative thinking that can be applied across a range of media disciplines, including: content creation, image and video production, marketing and social media, web, user experience, mobile applications and more. To round out their studies, students will put their study of Digital Media into practice through the internship placement program. Working within industry, students will gain hands-on experience, build their own professional contacts list and see what it's really like to work in media, communications and digital. The internship will help get students one step closer to a job before they've even graduated.
