This qualification is designed to meet the needs of estimators and schedulers in the building and construction field who may have responsibility for the preparation of estimates from predetermined rates, processing of subcontractor claims and preparation of head and subcontracts for building and construction works.

Structure
We provide an online learning platform with a virtual classroom learning environment program. The completion of this qualification can take up to 18 months. Virtual tutorials are delivered on a weekly basis, each tutorial is 2 hours in duration. In addition to this you will need to allow time for your learning content, research and assessments at around 10-20 hours per week. Depending on the unit this additional time may vary.
