This program delivers advanced leadership training that focuses on the ongoing professional development of the practising minister as well as those who are training for ministry. As ministers who have been serving the church in a variety of capacities, students will benefit from the upgrading of their skills and knowledge in relevant areas, including the ability to do simple research.

Structure
8 course work subjects, including 2 core units, 3 ministry electives and at least 1 of 2 ministry research units. Students intending to continue into the Doctor of Ministry must take both ministry research units including a 12,000 word project.

Standard entry requirements
- Relevant Bachelor Degree or equivalent
- Involved in some recognised Christian ministry, with at least a credit average (or equivalent) in the final year
- Or a Bachelor Degree in a non-related discipline and a completed Graduate Certificate in a Theology or Ministry related field achieving at least a credit average
