Structure

In first year students complete core (compulsory) topics in Archaeology and a preparatory topic in academic and professional communication. In addition they are able to undertake a range of non-archaeology based option topics. In later years, students are required to complete a number of Archaeology topics, as well as a variety of specialist option topics, such as Environmental Archaeology, Historical Archaeology, Maritime Archaeology and Indigenous Archaeology.
