University Preparation Course

Provides a pathway to enter into most undergraduate courses at ECU. The course prepares students for university-level study by teaching them the required skills for academic success, with an emphasis on the student becoming an independent learner. The course is conducted in a supportive and hands-on environment, and covers learning skills, research and writing processes, numeracy tools and accessing knowledge. Additionally, students will be introduced to university life at ECU and will have access to course and career advice to assist in making informed decisions about undergraduate degree selection. The course is suitable for both recent school leavers and mature age students who have not studied at university previously.
