Established in 1997, Early Childhood Training and Resource Centre - ECTARC is a Registered Training Organisation specialising in early childhood training and professional development. ECTARC won the 2006, 2007 and 2012 Small Training Provider of the Year category at the NSW Training Awards and the 2007 National Business Innovation Award. It was established with assistance from the Australian National Training Authority (ANTA) and is managed by Illawarra Area Child Care Limited (IACC) NSW. ECTARC provides a range of early childhood training and professional development programs for those wishing to join the industry, as well for those who are already employed in the industry and wishing to progress their career.
