The Graduate Certificate of Health Research Practice trains you in practical research skills that prepare you for a rewarding career in health research, or a higher research degree such as a PhD. Standard entry requirements

Bachelor degree in related discipline with a WAM of at least 65 in all level-3 and level-4 units (for Deakin awards) or final year units (for awards from other providers). Bachelor degree: should include training in research methods.

Recognition

This course provides students with the necessary skills and knowledge to advance their professional training in research and satisfies some of the research training requirements to enable students to undertake higher degree studies (PhD). As such there is no further professional recognition beyond that provided by the student's undergraduate degree.
