Standard entry requirements
For entry into the MBA, applicants require a relevant undergraduate degree from a recognised tertiary institution and at least three (3) years of relevant work experience (prospective students with 2 years relevant work experience will be considered on a case-by-case basis). Alternatively, applicants to the MBA may have a relevant Graduate Certificate or Graduate Diploma with a Course Weighted Average of 65%, and three (3) years of relevant work experience (prospective students with 2 years relevant work experience will be considered on a case-by-case basis). Entry to the course is competitive and applicants will be required to undertake an interview as the final stage of application assessment.
Recognition
In February 2015, The Curtin MBA was accredited for three years for its MBA program by the EFMD. EPAS (EFMD Programme Accreditation System) is based on the same principles as its EQUIS accreditation; i.e. how well the assessed program meets its criteria of successful internationalisation and its high standards in the areas of academic rigour, corporate relevance and quality assurance.
