The Bachelor of Hospitality Management is specifically designed for those who hold a TAFE diploma or Advanced Diploma (or Australian Qualifications Framework recognised diploma) in Hospitality Management and who wish to upgrade their qualification. The course provides students with knowledge and skills to work effectively in the hospitality and tourism industry. The vocational pathway gives students a strong foundation to complete the degree in two years. The Bachelor of Hospitality Management has a practical focus and is well recognised by five-star hotels and restaurants around Australia. Upon completion students will be work ready and well prepared to pursue a career in a variety of roles including beverage manager, catering manager, event manager, public relations manager, sales manager and tourism manager.
