This course is intended to provide graduates with specialised theoretical knowledge and skills, and confidence in the application of these in their actual or intended professional practice contexts. The foundation of the course is the model of missional business and this is the basis of integration of all individual units into a coherent whole. The course explores the relevance of the literature in management, including biblically-based literature, for strategic management in organisations. The knowledge gained is given practical expression in a supervised capstone research project.
Structure
12 units (120 credit points). Students complete 8 units (80 credit points) before choosing to undertake a coursework pathway or a research pathway of 4 units (40 credit points). The course is delivered one unit per study period, with six study periods per year.

Standard entry requirements
- Undergraduate degree in any field or minimum 5 years relevant experience
- Applicants for whom English is not their first language must also satisfy English language requirements: documentary evidence that the language of instruction of their undergraduate degree was English, or an overall score of 6.5 with minimum scores of 6.0 in all subtests, in an International English Language Testing System (IELTS) test which is no more than 2 years old at the time of commencement at CHC.
