You will graduate from Charles Sturt's four-year, full-time occupational therapy degree with a detailed understanding of the theoretical and practical components of occupational therapy, allowing you to confidently step into the workforce and begin a rewarding career as an occupational therapist. Occupational therapists work with people to improve their health and well being through occupation, with a focus on physical and mental health that may be related to a persons injury or illness, or to an accident or developmental impairment. The course is accredited by OT Australia, The Australian Association of Occupational Therapists and the World Federation of Occupational Therapists (WFOT). Accreditation by WFOT enables graduates to be employed both in Australia and overseas.
