This program focuses on selected business topics of interest to the student group e.g. tourism, import/export, international marketing. It develops skills in using specific business vocabulary, listening and reading in business contexts, writing business letters, memos and reports, communicating effectively in business setting (meetings, negotiations, interviews, telephone/fax/email) and interacting socially in an appropriate manner. It also raises cross-cultural awareness of business protocol.
